Booking and Services:

Body and Balance Croydon is not responsible for reminding you about your appointment, if you miss an appointment or fail to call up to cancel you may be charged a cancellation fee or be unable to book for treatments in the future with the company.

If you are unable to make it to your treatment or are going to be late due to unhelpful conditions, you are responsible for calling us as soon as possible to inform us so we can know to either wait for you or reschedule/cancel your appointment.

We at B&B Croydon are allowed to cancel your appointment with no notice or ban you from the building completely if a health or safety problem occurs, the therapist is not comfortable to treat you with reasoning behind why they wish or cannot carry out the treatment.

If you have a problem with our services, you have 24hrs to give us notice, you must also give a statement so we can investigate further, anything after this time will not be taken as responsible by the salon.
